Concierge Medicine
Concierge medicine is a smart, cost-effective, results-driven solution for most healthcare needs. It’s for normal people of any socio-economic status to cost-effectively take control of their health. Concierge providers offer preventative, not reactive care, and can manage the whole medical picture instead of sending you for unnecessary specialist referrals. Traditional doctors have less time to spend with each patient, so they may have to order more tests and procedures to diagnose and issue, which further increase patient costs.
What you are paying for with concierge medicine is more time, attention, and access to your provider. With built in time to research, we can find you answers if we don’t know them. What value is a doctor who is not available when you need him or does not have enough time to treat the cause of disease or diagnose and correct a problem before symptoms start? With the high overhead of a medical practice, a provider would need to see 20 -25 patients a day to be profitable in a traditional model and need about 2000 patients to survive with decreasing insurance reimbursement rates. At 500 patients maximum and 5-10 patients a day, we can provide tangible results at roughly the same profit margins.

Premium Plan
A Comprehensive Direct Primary Care Model
$2000 per year or $400 up front plus $150 per month x 11 months and includes:
- 1 hour + executive history and physical
- 12 additional visits a year are included with all necessary research time
- Access to provider after hours and on weekends for urgent care, same day appointments
- 40% off MSRP for all Rx only dispensed supplements (at or below cost)
- Additional visits and services are 50% off including IV infusions, 6L EKG remote cardiac monitoring, suturing, Incision and debridement, and house calls.
This plan is best for chronic multisystem disease sufferers with high deductible insurance plans or cash pay. Insurance is not billed except if required by law.
Snow bird rate is $400 up front (new patient) for the first month, then $185 per month of service needed.
Basic Plan
Concierge and Direct Primary Care Hybrid Plan
$1200 per year or $250 – $400 up front depending on case complexity plus monthly fees x 11 months to total $1200, regardless of complexity, then $105 per month Plan includes:
- 1 hour + executive history and physical, and follow up visit to discuss labs after initial treatment plan. If initial visit is billed to insurance, you will receive a $125 credit towards up-front fee.
- Co-pays are included in your basic-plan fees. Subsequent visits will be billed to insurance, Medishare, or charges $40 per 15 minutes for cash pay
- 20% off MSRP for all Rx only dispensed supplements (little above cost)
- Access to provider after hours and on weekends for urgent care, same day appointments
- Very competitive transparently priced services and procedures due at time of service if not billed to insurance.
Snow bird rate is $250 – $400 up front for first month plus $115 per additional month.
Consultation
Best for those with few health problems, needing second opinion, or if only needing a specialist
$250 – $400, depending on case complexity and includes:
- 1 hour + executive history and physical. If initial visit is billed to insurance, you will receive a $125 credit towards this fee after all applicable co-pays are collected.
- 20% off MSRP for all Rx only dispensed supplements (only for first 2 included visits)
- Follow up visit after initial treatment plan and to discuss labs
- Research time and provider to provider discussion of your case and recommendations with your PCP or alternative provider.
- No access to provider after hours or on weekends
- Same day appointments or appointments outside normal business hours will cost an additional $30
- Subsequent visits will be billed to insurance and require all applicable co-pays, or $50 per 15 minutes for cash pay
- All fees due at time of service
You will have the ability to convert Consultation to the Basic or Premium Plan with full credit towards the price, which would, in effect, make VVCM your PCP (Most end up making this switch).
Other Medical Services
House or Assisted Living Calls: $40 + $3 per mile driven + price of appt
IV hydration: $70 first hour, $20 each additional hour
IV nutrition / medication $100 first hour, $25 each additional hour
IM or SQ injection: $12 + wholesale cost of drug or vitamin
Nebulizer (breathing) treatment: $25 + wholesale cost of medication
Simple Laceration Repair: $105 / Intermediate Laceration Repair: $145
Incision and Debridement: $120 / Wound Care: $5 plus $2 per minute
Other services provided will be updated as needed with transparent pricing

What You Need to Know About Your Appointment
Once we send you an invitation to the patient portal, using a computer (not a smartphone), please sign all required forms and fill out your personal information including insurance or cash-pay status and medical, surgical, family, and social history and any chief complaint questions assigned. This information is transferred directly into your chart, saving you from having to fill out intake forms when you arrive for your visit. Please also bring:
A Detailed List of your Medicines
All compounded meds / OTC / supplements / injections
We import pharmaceutical meds from pharmacy records
Previous Labs/ Imaging/ Provider Notes
You can email, fax, or physically bring them to your appointment
We can also request your records 1-2 weeks ahead of your visit
